Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, with a focus on probate properties, ensuring clients receive top-tier service during one of the most important transactions of their lives.
This is a hybrid role where you will work three days per week from the office and two days per week from home.
Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including unregistered and shared ownership.
Oversee all aspects of post completion.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including AML and GDPR.
Provide expert legal advice and clear communication to clients to guide them through the conveyancing process.
Meet and exceed key performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
To excel in this role, you'll need: A qualified Solicitor or CLC Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced conveyancer with a strong track record in managing residential property transactions.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in conveyancing, with a strong track record in managing residential property transactions.
Proven expertise in probate and estate administration is highly desirable.
Experience in managing caseloads efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.
A forward-thinking mindset with a desire to improve systems and challenge the status quo.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
