The Role: Your Opportunity to Make an Impact As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, with a focus on probate properties.
Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-tier service during one of the most important transactions of their lives.
This is a hybrid role where you will work three days per week form the office and two days per week from home.
Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases including but not limited to unregistered and shared ownership.
Overseeing all aspects of your post completion Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including AML and GDPR.
Providing expert legal advice and clear communication to clients to guide them through the conveyancing process.
Meeting and exceeding key performance targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you'll need: Ideally a qualified Solicitor or CLC Licenced Conveyancer; however we will consider experienced conveyancers Minimum of 6 years' experience in conveyancing, with a strong track record in managing residential property transactions.
Proven expertise in probate and estate administration is highly desirable.
Experience in managing caseloads efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.
A forward-thinking mindset with a desire to improve systems and challenge the status quo.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
While our preference is for the successful candidate to be based near Bristol, we welcome applications from interested candidates in other locations.
