Experienced Probate Property Conveyancing Specialist

Job Description We're a specialist conveyancing firm dedicated to reimagining how conveyancing should work.
This is a unique opportunity to make an impact as a Residential Conveyancer, managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions with a focus on probate properties.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of your post-completion process, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing a diverse portfolio of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including unregistered and shared ownership.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including AML and GDPR.
Providing expert legal advice and clear communication to guide clients through the conveyancing process.
Meeting and exceeding key performance targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
To excel in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 6 years' experience in conveyancing, with a strong track record in managing residential property transactions.
Ideal qualifications include a qualified Solicitor or CLC Licensed Conveyancer; however, we will consider experienced conveyancers.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in probate and estate administration, as well as strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
This is a hybrid role offering a blend of office and home-based working flexibility.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
