Experienced Private Client Paralegal

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Private Client Paralegal at RAY BORLEY DUNKLEY LLP SOLICITORS in Milton Keynes.
The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with clients, conducting research, document review, and other tasks related to private client services.Part time also considered.
*Ideal Candidates must submit a Covering letter explaining how they believe their qualifications/experience make them suitable for the role.Assist solicitors in taking instructions for Wills, Trust Deeds, Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate mattersAssist solicitors in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust Deeds, Probate application documents and Estate AccountsDealing with client enquiries and quotesOverseeing the execution of legal documentsTo respond in an appropriate manner to clients and others contacting the companyTo participate in the business of the firm in such a manner as to further develop knowledge and skillsSupport solicitors with all tasks carried out in the departmentDealing with day-to-day correspondence within the teamLiaising with other members of the teamAny other tasks as requested from time to time to help the general work of the firmAlso, an ideal candidate must possess the following skillsLegal Document Preparation skillsCommunication skillsResearch skillsDocument Review skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamExperience in private client services is mustParalegal certification or relevant degree
