Experienced Private Client Paralegal

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Private Client Paralegal at RAY BORLEY DUNKLEY LLP SOLICITORS in Milton Keynes.
The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with clients, conducting research, document review, and other tasks related to private client services.

Part time also considered.

Assist solicitors in taking instructions for Wills, Trust Deeds, Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate matters Assist solicitors in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust Deeds, Probate application documents and Estate Accounts Dealing with client enquiries and quotes Overseeing the execution of legal documents To respond in an appropriate manner to clients and others contacting the company To participate in the business of the firm in such a manner as to further develop knowledge and skills Support solicitors with all tasks carried out in the department Dealing with day-to-day correspondence within the team Liaising with other members of the team Any other tasks as requested from time to time to help the general work of the firm Also, an ideal candidate must possess the following skills Legal Document Preparation skills Communication skills Research skills Document Review skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team Experience in private client services is must Paralegal certification or relevant degree
