Overview Are you looking for a new role in 2025 with a well known dynamic and supportive physio group?

We are currently hiring an employed experienced part-time (3 days/week) MSK (Musculoskeletal) Physiotherapist to join our Claygate clinic.
The Physio Company is a private clinic and occupational health provider with clinics in the City of London and an established provider of DSE workstation assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal conditions to develop tailored treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic policies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements A recognised degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and MCSP.
Minimum 4 years UK MSK experience preferably in private practice Strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, physiology and biomechanics Experience in assessing and diagnosing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries and rehabilitation.
Proficiency in developing and implementing personalised treatment plans Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues and referrers.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and individually.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
Experience with specific specialities such as women's health, acupuncture or sports rehabilitation is desirable.
Manual therapy skills essential.
Demonstrate relevant and ongoing CPD for a musculoskeletal post and a passion in developing clinical skills.
Build on our established working relationships with medical consultants and other referrers.
Salary £40-£42 per annum pro rata dependent on experience and interview
Expected hours: 23 – 24 per week
33 days annual leave including Bank Holidays (pro rata)
Regular CPD as a group and within the clinic
CPD fund
Company pension
On site parking
