NDT Inspector Rotating Day/Late Monday - Friday Salary: £18.18p/hr Wigston (LE18) PERMANENT JOB :- No Part Time or Student Options STOP : you must have experience as an NDT inspector to be considered - without this, you may be automatically rejected We are looking for an experienced NDT Inspector who is well versed in visual, dimensional & fluorescent penetrant inspection techniques.

To get the elephant in the room out of the way, it is working on a rotating shift pattern Days (Mon to Thurs 05:45 - 13:45, Friday 05:45-10:45) Late (Mon to Thurs 13:45 - 21:45, Fridays 10:45 - 15:45) What will you be doing?
Carrying out a variety of inspections such as visual, dimensional, airflow, reciept & fluorescent penetrant.
Operating CMM machines to carry out inspections.
Using conventional inspection equipment (micrometers, verniers etc.)
Sign off batch cards Maintain FPI Level 2 accreditation What is needed from you?
You need to have a level 2 FPI qualification.
Previous experience as an NDT inspector (ideally in aerospace).
Experience operating CMM machines & inspection equipment.
Previous experience working to tight tolerances (microns) What do you get out of this?
Basic of £15.28 + shift premium - £18.18p/hr (paid on both shifts) Enhanced rate for overtime Quarterly discretionary bonus.
