Experienced Conveyancing Secretary - Temporary

We are proud to be supporting this well established legal firm with their holiday cover and longer term secretarial requirements.
The Company is located in Maidenhead town centre.
We have a holiday cover position, working for the Senior Solicitor in the Conveyancing Department.
You will be working from Tuesday 8th October for 3 weeks.
If all goes well further cover work can be gained!
In return the hourly rate is £14.36 to £15.38 per hour (equivalent 28K to 30K).
To carry out this position you must be a Legal Secretary with digital dictation experience and it does require someone who has conveyancing experience.
The higher rate can be achieved by bringing with you a minimum of 2 years secretarial conveyancing experience.
You will also be given a parking permit.
You will be responsible for: Diary Management Looking after visiting clients for the Senior Solicitor Opening and closing cases Audio and copy typing of documents Scanning of documents Sending out conveyancing documentation to clients Liaison with associated personnel including other parties solicitors You will need to have: Excellent organisation skills Good audio and copy typing ability Use of MS office suite Excellent communication skills Keen attention to detail.
The firm tend to offer any temporary assignments or new vacancies to candidates that have worked with them previously.
