Experienced Architect – Design and Residential Focus A leading, award-winning architecture and sustainability consultancy in London is seeking an Experienced Architect to join their innovative and collaborative team.
Specializing in residential and mixed-use developments, this practice blends design excellence with sustainability to deliver impactful urban and suburban projects.

About the Practice Renowned for its forward-thinking approach, this studio works across a diverse portfolio that includes:
Mixed-use masterplans Residential developments Place-shaping schemes Sustainability and Design Code Guidance As a small, dynamic team, they offer hands-on involvement in projects, opportunities for career development, and a culture that values creativity and collaboration.

The Role As an Experienced Architect , you will lead projects from concept to completion , contributing to both design and technical delivery.
You'll work on a variety of inspiring projects and play a key role in shaping internal design standards and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Lead concept design and develop explanatory visuals and diagrams (RIBA Stages 1–3).
Prepare planning applications, including Design & Access Statements.
Manage project delivery from detailed design to on-site construction (RIBA Stages 4–6).
Collaborate with consultants and ensure projects align with sustainability goals.
Contribute to studio-wide design research and the development of design codes.
About You You're a proactive and adaptable architect with at least 5 years of professional experience , strong technical skills, and a passion for sustainable design.
You thrive in a collaborative studio environment and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Essential Qualifications & Skills: ARB-registered with experience across all RIBA stages.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit (ideally 3-5 years).
Strong technical knowledge and experience with low-carbon construction methods.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A creative, detail-oriented mindset with strong time-management abilities.
