The Role Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team with the delivery of best-in-class customer experience across our UK property portfolio.
The opportunity is both varied and versatile, putting you at the heart of things, coordinating projects, keeping the team on track, ensuring the business runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities The remit of the Experience Executive will include the following, but as a business we are about mucking in, pushing forward and making great things happen, although this list of responsibilities should give you a great idea of the opportunity.
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of property management projects.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure successful completion.
Organise and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for the management team.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in training and development activities to stay current with industry best practices and advancements.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor risk factors and implement contingency plans as necessary.
Maintain a risk register and ensure all risks are communicated to stakeholders.

Here is what we are looking for in our dream candidate.
You will have experience of working within a customer centric business where customer experience is above all else, with proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the property management sector.
You will have strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
You will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
You will have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Knowledge of property management practices and regulations is an advantage.
