This vital role is based within their dynamic Finance Department, committed to upholding the highest standards of expense management and cost effectiveness.
Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accurate expense reporting mechanisms for all departmental outlay.Analyse financial data to identify areas where costs can be reduced, and efficiencies can be improved.Coordinate with various teams to compile financial forecasts related to expenses.Present detailed regular reports on expense metrics to senior management.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies across all reporting and documentation.Key SkillsStrong proficiency in expense and cost reporting.Excellent analytical abilities and detail-oriented approach.Exemplary planning and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on accuracy.Advanced skills in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information and responding to queries from management.#LI-PB1
