Client Local Authority in Croydon Job Title Executive Support Officer Pay Rate £20.92 an hour PAYE Hours 36 Hours a week (Mon-Fri) Duration Initial 6 Month Contract Location The role is hybrid working with the requirement to work in Bernard Weatherill House Croydon twice a week Description The client is looking for an experienced PA with excellent diary management.
You will be covering the Housing department at the council Some essentials below: Proven and demonstrable track record of working as an EA/PA is essential Managing busy and complex diaries, that change frequently (essential) Planning and organising events, meetings (essential) Well-developed IT skills, in particular confident use of MS Office applications (including SharePoint) Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to manage conflicting priorities Desirable: Experience of working in Local Government or any Public Sector organisation Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
