Key Responsibilities Conduct retained and exclusive contingent searches for C-Suite level roles nationally and internationallyDevelop and manage client relationships across global consumer marketsExecute end-to-end talent solution mandatesIdentify, approach, and engage top-tier executive talentManage full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to final placementDevelop deep sector insights and talent mapping in consumer industriesBuild and maintain an extensive professional network Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in retained executive search or exclusive contingentProven track record of successfully placing C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, CTO etc..)Strong understanding of global consumer sector dynamicsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced networking capabilitiesProven ability to work independently and collaboratively Role Details Location: Manchester OfficeWorking Pattern: 4 days in-office per week (+ 1 day WFH).
