You're perfect for our team if you have.... 1-3 years experience as a 360 Recruiter In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in using recruitment platforms, databases and CRM systems A strong business development mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
