Explore the Role: Responsibilities: Headhunting candidates- understanding candidates' career ambitions, skills and experience.
Communicating with clients- understanding clients' business trajectory and what skills and characteristics they are looking for.
Negotiating terms and contracts between candidates and clients.
Interviewing and working with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.

Internal Training Academy: G&E Partners runs an internal training academy led by our Learning and Development team.
As a new consultant, you will spend 5 weeks training, making you a 360-degree Consultant.
This includes taking part in comprehensive workshops, designed to create future business leaders.
This training will give you skills to communicate effectively and form new client relationships in your market, allowing you to place candidates immediately.
We further ensure that every employee is developing and growing in their position by running weekly internal training sessions.
