Executive/Personal Assistant To Managing Director & Lead Team

We are recruiting for a colleague to provide administrative support for our MD and Lead Team. This is a varied role that requires a proactive individual who has a calm demeanor and an eye for detail.
Duties include: Assisting our MD with email management & calendar planning  Support for the MD & Lead Team with tasks as requested Organising travel /itineraries /hotel arrangements Planning & organising corporate events and regional meetings Monitoring and ordering of stationery and sundries for Head Office Coordinating & taking an active role in our charitable donations committee A comprehensive list of tasks cannot be specified due to the fluid nature of this role and the candidate needs to fully understand the scope of the position.
No two days will be the same.  This role is an integral part of our organization, and the ideal candidate will have: Professional discretion Excellent time management and attention to detail A broad range of people and organisational skills Confidence in decision making and prioritisation of tasks Be highly self-motivated This is a part time position for 20-25 hours per week.
A hybrid working model is available, but we do require office-based attendance weekly.
Ideally hours would be spread across Monday to Friday, but we are flexible & open to discuss.
  Qualifications Experience in a similar role required.
