A quick look at the role We are currently looking to recruit an Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to support the Managing Director (Industrial & Commercial) by providing professional secretarial and administrative support.
The EPA will act as the directors' first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation.
You will provide high quality personal and administrative assistance to help make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.
Your core responsibilities Organise and maintain diaries, and screen phone calls Deal with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director Arrange travel itineraries, visas, and accommodation Organise, coordinate and prepare managers for meetings Occasionally attend meetings to take dictation and minutes and producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
Process expense reports Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority both internal and external Our essential requirements Previous experience of supporting at Chief Executive/Director level Advanced IT Skills in MS Office applications including Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel Well organised with excellent attention to detail Able to demonstrate confidentiality and discretion at all times Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise Biffa, changing the way people think about waste At Biffa, we love working with waste.
