Executive Personal Assistant

Our client in the Financial Services industry is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team and provide support to the CEO.
This is not your average PA position.
As the Executive Personal Assistant, you'll be essential in optimising the CEO's time, ensuring consistent productivity, and improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Diary and inbox management Meeting coordination and follow-up Collating board packs, meeting agendas, and minutes Travel booking and logistics Expense management Ad-hoc administrative support to the Board & Senior Leadership team Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in an EA/PA position Experience supporting at C-level Experience working within a fast-paced environment, preferably a start-up Tech-savvy This role is paying £45,000 and is hybrid, 3 days onsite per week (London).
