Statom Group Ltd. is a prominent company specialising in civil engineering, remediation, Groundwork, and Structures.
We are currently searching for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication on behalf of the executives.
Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes.
Assist with personal tasks and projects as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Support the executive team in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
Experience in the construction or engineering sectors is advantageous.
