Overview Montcalm Collection are looking for a skilled and ambitious Executive Club Lounge Manager to join our team.
You will play a pivotal role by intervening in any guest/employee situation as needed to ensure the integrity of the property is maintained, guest satisfaction is achieved, and employee well-being is preserved.

Become a trusted ambassador for one of our hotels and take advantage of the opportunity to move between properties, achieving the service and product delivery standards for the department with a high degree of customer care and service.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensuring seamless service delivery, including high-quality evening drinks and snacks, as well as premium afternoon offerings.
Create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere by providing personalized service and anticipating guests needs, enhancing their overall experience in the lounge.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Lounge attendants to ensure exceptional service standards, efficient workflows, and a collaborative work environment.
Manage food and beverage service, ensuring timely execution of orders, maintaining stock levels, and supervising the preparation of offerings to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Engage with guests to receive feedback, address concerns, and exceed expectations, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Ensure the Club Lounge and Pantry are always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, meeting hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Collaborate with the Meetings & Events team to coordinate lounge-related aspects of corporate and private events, ensuring a flawless execution.
Take proactive steps in identifying and catering to VIP guests, ensuring a tailored experience that aligns with their expectations and brand loyalty.
Monitor and report on lounge performance, including guest satisfaction metrics, inventory usage, and operational efficiency, while adhering to budgetary guideline.
Qualifications Similar experience in the same role within a five-star hotel preferred, with a strong focus on executive lounge management or food and beverage operations.
Strong managerial and leadership abilities with experience in supervising, training, and developing staff while fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, personalized guest service, with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of lounge operations.
Superior communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, capable of interacting with high-profile guests and colleagues at all levels.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring operations run smoothly under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Able to interact with guests and staff from diverse cultural backgrounds with tact, discretion, and professionalism.
Familiarity with food and beverage trends, guest satisfaction metrics, and industry best practices in hospitality services.
Comfortable using hospitality management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other operational tools for scheduling, reporting, and tracking.
