We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a prestigious private members' club.
This is a unique opportunity to oversee multiple kitchens, manage food and wage costs, offering modern British cuisine.
Salary: £90,000–£100,000 Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of 26 chefs across multiple dining outlets.
Create seasonal, innovative menus while managing costs and sustainability initiatives.
Oversee menu engineering, supplier selection, and recipe consistency.
Train and develop staff, fostering growth and excellence.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
What We're Looking For Proven experience leading high-end, multi-outlet culinary teams.
Expertise in modern British cuisine and menu innovation.
Strong leadership skills and experience launching new concepts.
Success in managing budgets and cost control.
