As an experienced Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, across a number of establishments across the group, whilst overseeing menu development, staff management and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are exceeded across the board.
Executive Head Chef responsibilities will include; Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect both seasonal ingredients and the highest of quality.Manage and mentor a team of talented chefs.Overseeing all food purchasing and inventory control.
Ensuring all legislation is currently followed, including all food/health and safety regulations.
Working for an extremely reputable establishment, with an incredible reputation, it is important the successful Executive Chef has certain characteristics to prove a success.
The ideal candidate will have; Proven experience of leading a team of chefs, within a premium hospitality setting, at Executive Chef level.
Excellent leadership and management characteristics.
Be able to work to deadlines, and manage the team to deadlines, whilst working under pressure.
Strong culinary skills and a natural passion for food.
