Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff - Salary circa £60,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a core member of the Group CEO Office, working as part of a dynamic, highly collaborative team.
This is a high-profile position which includes covering for the EA to the CEO.
This is a great opportunity for progression and development of a motivated and ambitious individual.
The role is based in London and the role holder will be expected to spend a minimum of 50% of their time in the office.
A bit about the job: The successful individual will be supporting the Chief of Staff and Business Manager to the Group CEO, providing management of diary and organisation of travel arrangements, with the unique opportunity to directly support the Group CEO when providing holiday cover for their EA.
You would also be responsible for administration of the Group ExCo schedule, agendas, meeting and offsite logistics, and admin communications to ExCo members.
You will be required to proactively drive and action items on behalf of the Chief of Staff and Business Manager, be able demonstrate an understanding of the priorities with the minimum of guidance, and also be proactive to ensure the efficient running of the office and carry out secretarial and administrative service as required to ensure deadlines are met and work is of a consistent high quality.
The position holder will be expected to always exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with privileged information and highly sensitive issues to safeguard the Company's interests, whilst understanding and complying with the risk requirements and management process and controls in accordance with Group policies.

Starting salary circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
