The Executive Assistant provides efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical support to our Executive Leadership Team, helping them to fulfil their roles effectively.  Principal Responsibilities/Duties Executive Support: provide administrative and executive support to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team (CFO, CRO, CTO, COO and CPO), managing calendars, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence Act as a primary point of contact for the Executive Directors, handling inquiries and correspondence.
Draft, review, and send out communications on behalf of the Executive Directors.
Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Directors and help manage ELT projects and initiatives Arrange and prepare for meetings, including logistics and content, for example preparing power-point presentation and documentation packs and IT set up for video conferencing Draft and co-ordinate meeting agendas, presentation material, minute taking, reports and production of action points from meetings Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, PE owners, and suppliers Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Filter and manage incoming telephone calls and e-mails and respond on behalf where required Support with arrangements of company-wide events or events for the ELT such as team dinners.
Manage communication amongst the team, ensuring they are informed regularly and consistently   Requirements Essential Skills Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting multiple senior roles Experience working as EA for a portfolio company of Tier 1 / 2 Private Equity firm Experience in complex diary management Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills Discrete and able to deal with confidential information Tech savvy and familiar with systems such as Teams, Microsoft etc Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively.
