The ideal Executive Assistant will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of tasks with precision and professionalism.
The EA will act as a trusted partner to the executive team, handling sensitive and confidential information while ensuring efficient operations.Key Duties for the Executive Assistant Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to liaise with clients and investors.Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, letters, etc.
