We're looking for an outstanding EA to support three C-level executives in a dynamic, growing technology company.
Client Details In this role, you'll provide high-level support to three senior executives, managing a variety of responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
This is a hybrid position based in our (Location) office, offering a mix of office and remote work.

Description Key Responsibilities Diary Management: Organize and prioritize complex schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare materials, agendas, and take notes, ensuring follow-up on actions.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for all three executives.
Project Support: Assist on key projects, providing essential support and contributing where needed.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
Office Management Duties: Occasionally support with office management tasks and event planning.
Profile What We're Looking For Extensive EA experience: You must have years experience as an Executive Assistant C-Level Support Experience: Previous experience supporting at the executive level is essential Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and act without needing direction.
Background in Fast-Paced Environments: We need someone who can thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
