Executive Assistant to Founder Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: £40,000 per annum - £50,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Hybrid: 4 Days in the Office & 1 Day WFH Our client, an established property company in Manchester with a small team of six, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their CEO.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive professional who excels in both business and personal support and has experience within an SME business.
As an integral extension of the Founder, you will enable them to focus on strategic priorities by handling day-to-day operations with efficiency and precision.
Role Responsibilities: Executive & Personal Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Founder, managing their calendar, emails, and travel arrangements across both business and personal commitments.
Meeting Preparation & Follow-up: Prepare agendas, organise materials, attend key meetings, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Communication Management: Act as a gatekeeper and representative for the Founder, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain strong communication channels.
Property & Investment Administration: Assist in overseeing property documentation, liaising with relevant parties to manage transactions, contracts, and project timelines.
Project & Task Coordination: Handle project coordination and manage a range of tasks, ensuring projects are on schedule and within scope.
Person Specification: Experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the property, real estate, or investment sectors Experience within an SME environment Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised, with a commitment to confidentiality Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management Self-starter capable of managing priorities with minimal oversight If you are a professional, resourceful, and experienced Executive Assistant ready to work in a fast-paced, low-turnover environment, this could be your next exciting opportunity.
