We are seeking an experienced and versatile Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team and work closely supporting the Director.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (can be flexible and hybrid opportunities available) Salary: up to £30,000 Benefits: 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays Work mobile and Apple Mac Laptop provided Hybrid working opportunities Flexible hours (standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm) Yearly bonus depending on company performance and growth As Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Director and managing various administrative functions.
You'll be the first point of contact for the business, providing exceptional service to clients, suppliers, and staff.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong background in diary management and office administration.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including managing their diary, emails, and travel arrangements when required.
Serve as the first point of contact for the business, both internally and externally Manage and prioritise allocated workloads for engineers during peak periods via the internal portal - full training will be provided.
Use SAGE for invoicing, purchasing, and general office administration tasks Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with advanced Excel skills when required.
Maintain accurate filing systems, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Assist in event organisation and coordination of company-wide initiatives Provide general office support and help with ad-hoc duties as required Skills and Experience Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (essential) and SAGE (preferable) Excellent diary management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to be reactive and proactive when needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills A friendly, approachable, and "can-do" attitude, with the ability to thrive in a family-run business environment Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure If you are the candidate we are looking for, please apply now to be considered or contact the Peterborough Branch to discuss further!
