L. Malyon What You'll Do: Founder Support : Be the founder's right-hand person, managing a range of administrative and operational tasks to streamline day-to-day activities.
Handle communications, scheduling and correspondence, and anticipate the founder's needs to ensure seamless operations.
Act as the right-hand person to the founder, managing diverse administrative tasks.

Organise meetings, events, and travel for the founder and the team.
Ensure operational efficiency through task prioritisation and workflow management.
Project Management : Oversee founder-led projects from conception to completion, managing milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring timely reporting.
Manage founder-led projects and initiatives from conception to execution.
Track and report project milestones and outcomes to the founder.
Operations Support : Play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Malyon Group, developing and implementing foundational systems and processes to support future scalability and efficiency.

Develop, document, and implement core operational processes and systems.
Support the building of foundational business infrastructure for scalable growth.
What We're Looking For: Organisational Master: You don't necessarily need years of experience, but you should be the kind of person who lights up at the idea of colour-coded lists and a perfectly organised calendar.
Organisational Master : You'll need a knack for creating order out of chaos.
You must be capable of creating structure to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Problem Solver : Someone who can anticipate needs, think critically, and act decisively, whilst coming to problems with a very open mind and operating with warmth and humility.
Adaptability: Comfortable 'wearing many hats' and thriving in a rapidly evolving environment.
