About The Role: This is a new role within AKT to support fast paced growth and the increased need to support Founders to spend more time delivering key strategic responsibilities and move away from day to day operational duties.
In the first 12 months the Founders will need support during their many trips to the USA: attending award ceremonies, conferences and product launches of our new ranges.
Another key part of this role is the coordination of delivery for the launch of AKT's own podcast as part of AKT's exciting expansion plans.
Success in this role will directly impact the success of AKT's growth by proactively running an efficient operation and allowing the founders to shine.
This role is a great opportunity to get involved across a range of initiatives and duties for someone who enjoys collaboration, team work and acting on behalf of others.
This role will report to the CEO but will work very closely with both our Founders Ed and Andy and will collaborate closely with our Chief of Staff.
There is expectation to be available to work from the London office when needed with occasional travel across the UK.
Role Responsibilities: Executive Support: Support the Founders and the CEO to work effectively and optimise their time to deliver the needs of the business and their busy schedule.
Event and meeting planning and management: manage end to end deliverables and travel arrangement for corporate events, conferences, team-building activities, podcast appearances and social gatherings; taking ownership of scheduling, logistics, preparing materials and agendas, attendees, setting up and ensuring all runs smoothly.
General Administration: Ensure the day to day tasks of the Senior Leadership Team are being delivered to support the whole business to run efficiently and compliantly.
Effective communication and Stakeholder Management: Deliver clear and consistent communications (in all formats) for relevant stakeholders both internally and externally, through effective filtering, building good relationships and a trustworthy and predictable reputation.
Problem Solving and Decision Making : Proactively addressing both live and potential challenges or obstacles; offering solutions and actively unblocking those affected.
Project Management support: Assist with specific tasks and project tracking to ensure key projects are delivered on time and to an excellent standard.
Brand Guardian: work with all teams to promote and embed a positive organisational culture align with the aims of AKT and living the brand values when dealing with external clients and suppliers.
About You: Proven experience within an EA, PA or similar role, being able to proactively support the needs of Executives and their schedule Demonstrable strong experience and capability in proactive and independent working by being to confidently deliver tasks and solve problems Technical proficiency - can demonstrate confidence and capability with google suite, setting up in person and remote conference equipment Demonstrable experience being extremely organised, detailed oriented and methodical approach to working.
Being able to confidently multi-task and manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously Great interpersonal skills, can be helpful and a gate keeper simultaneously.
