What You'll Do As an Executive Assistant at PepTalks, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by:
Event Management : Coordinating logistics for our diverse range of events, including CEO dinners, Executive forums, and training workshops.
This involves managing communications, preparing materials, and ensuring each event runs smoothly.
Membership Management : Assisting in the onboarding of new members, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating connections within our CEO and Executive Communities to enhance their experience.
Training Programme Delivery : Supporting the execution of our Excellence and Accelerate Programmes by preparing materials, managing participant data, and coordinating logistical aspects to ensure successful delivery.
General Administration : Handling various administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, liaising with Advisory and Honorary Members, and contributing to the efficiency of our daily operations.
Skills & Experience Required The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for facilitating seamless operations and fostering meaningful connections within our community.
You thrive in dynamic environments, excel at multitasking, and are committed to upholding the integrity and confidentiality that our members trust.
· Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail
· Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools like HubSpot
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Collaborative team player who can also work independently
· Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
· Experience in event coordination or administrative roles is highly desirable
