Eden Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a prestigious global investment firm in the search for an accomplished Executive Assistant to join their high-energy Fixed Income division in London.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to support a team of 6, including senior Emerging Market Debt (EMD) investors, traders, and the Head of Fixed Income.With a competitive salary of £55-65k, this role promises both challenge and reward for those with a passion for detail, organization, and collaboration at the highest level.
In this dynamic role, you'll become a key player in a high-performing, collaborative team of assistants, facilitating the smooth, efficient operation of a fast-paced, international team.
From strategic calendar management to coordinating global events, you'll be at the heart of the action, keeping the team on track and ahead of the curve.Key Responsibilities:High-Level Diary and Meeting Coordination: Strategically manage complex schedules across multiple time zones, proactively addressing scheduling conflicts and liaising with senior stakeholders.Meeting Preparation: Anticipate team needs, arrange prep sessions, and ensure seamless logistics for important meetings.Event Coordination: Orchestrate large-scale internal and external events, including international conferences.Travel Management: Handle all aspects of global travel, including multi-city itineraries, visas, and expense processing.Team Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.Cross-Team Support: Step in with cross-coverage assistance as needed and support office visitors.What We're Looking For:Experience: At least 5 years in an administrative role within professional or financial services.Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a talent for picking up new tools quickly.Organisational Excellence: A knack for balancing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Exceptional Communication: Professionalism, diplomacy, and strong interpersonal skills.Global Perspective: Sensitivity to cultural nuances and an inclusive mindset.Proactive and Flexible: Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.This is your chance to be part of a globally influential investment team, helping to drive results and support high-level decision-making.
