About the role… We are now looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join our UK based team.
As a Executive Assistant , you will provide executive level administrative support for a number of individuals, across a wide range of functions.
As an Executive Assistant will be responsible for: Providing executive level administrative support to the MRN senior management team.
Effectively managing a busy and varied workload with the ability to prioritise and deliver against expectations.
Offering creative solutions to overcome a variety of challenges Managing and maintaining calendars, schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
Attending, transcribing and distributing accurate minutes of meetings.
Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications... We are looking for a talented individual who can prioritise workload effectively and displays excellent organisational skills including problem solving skills.
A proactive nature is an important part of this role and the ability to work independently and as part of a small and effective team.
We are interested to hear from individuals with the following experience: Prior experience of providing comprehensive administrative support to a range of Executives, across a variety of disciplines and functions Evidence of ability to manage relationships both internally and externally and at all levels e.g.
with colleagues, customers, contractors, suppliers etc.
High level of proficiency with IT, using Microsoft Office applications and Outlook for organisation and prioritising workloads.
Prior experience with a collaboration tool like Confluence (not essential, as training will be provided).
Experience of working with Salesforce or another CRM ideal, but not essential.
Where: This role will be office based in Milton Keynes (3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week).
