Executive Assistant Location : Bournemouth Salary : £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Hours : Monday to Friday Benefits : 28 days holiday Company pension scheme Free onsite parking About the Role TeamJobs is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant on behalf of a prestigious development company based in Bournemouth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with at least 5 years of experience to provide exceptional support to senior executives and help drive the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities Calendar Management : Organise and manage schedules for high-level executives.
Meeting Preparation : Assist with preparing agendas, documents, and materials for meetings.
Email and Documentation : Respond to emails and manage document requests on behalf of executives.
Presentations and Reports : Draft slides, meeting notes, and other documentation as required.
Point of Contact : Act as the first point of contact for all executive-related matters.
Office Management : Oversee the daily running of the office.
Ad Hoc Tasks : Support the director with additional tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
