Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for delivering partner support for a small group of partners, working within a broader support team to ensure partners are fully supported at all times.
Our Support Team play an absolutely critical role in delivering excellence for both our partners and for our clients.
The passion and skills you bring to the role are vital to the way the business and its partners have continued success.
Your key day-to-day tasks: Diary Management - full diary organisation including travel and some light project management work on large programmes.
Business Development Support - supporting partners in activating and expanding their network.
Invoice Management - managing the interface end-to-end with the client; supplier set up, obtaining purchase orders, raising invoices, and chasing payments, through to internal invoice management.
Relationship Management - building a genuine effective relationship with partners to support them and help their practice be successful.
Promoting team working within Positive Momentum in pursuit of high standards of service for Positive Momentum partners.
Key skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly service-oriented Highly adaptive IT skills across multiple platforms and devices Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Commercial and numerate Previous Experience: We would prefer that you have at least 5-years' experience working as a PA, an EA, or as a Business Manager in a medium to large organisation where contact with external clients was part of your day-to-day role.
It would be helpful (but not a necessity) if you had experience working from home as we understand that working from home requires a unique set of skills.
