The Executive Assistant is responsible for the provision of high-quality, comprehensive and responsive executive level support to the Managing Director.
Travel will be required across Somerset and possibly outside of Somerset from time to time.
Interviews will be face to face in Bridgwater/Taunton on the 31st January.
The role: Provide a full range of secretary and administrative support to the Managing Director.
Maintain diaries effectively, including scheduling and coordinating appointments and tracking movements.
Arranging and servicing various meetings, including proof-reading, collating and circulating papers using an online system and producing accurate notes and minutes – all within required timescales.
Arranging and servicing allocated Board meetings from arranging times, venues, attendance of participants and catering requirements through to preparing and issuing agendas, collating, drafting and circulating Board reports and taking and distributing minutes, all within required timescales.
