Executive Assistant – 10 month FTCWe are working on a fantastic opportunity for a senior executive assistant to join a boutique private equity firm on a contract basis.
With around 30 people in stunning open plan offices in the West End, and a larger team based out of New York, the firm has built a culture centred around a shared vision, and family-feel culture.The team is looking for a superstar EA to take on a maternity cover contract.
The successful candidate will be closely with a small group of business support staff, who have a collaborative and communicative approach.
THE ROLE: This EA opportunity will be varied, and the successful EA will be a lynchpin for the office.
While the focus of the role will be support to two Partners, the day to day will include:Complex diary managementInbox managementExpense managementComplex travel booking and managementAct as first point of contact for the officeMentor and support junior team membersAd hoc support to a wider teamLight project management The ideal executive assistant should be able to fit seamlessly within the existing culture of the firm.
A team player attitude and collaborative approach are key, as are strong organisation and communication skills.
Prior experience working at a similar level will be beneficial for success.
