Our client is expanding rapidly, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Sales Advisors.
This role is your chance to take on organisational responsibilities and potentially step into leadership as the business grows.
What to Expect in This Role: Daily Responsibilities: Engage with customers and represent our clients across three key campaigns: Business-to-Business, Business-to-Consumer, and Events.
Work Schedule: Flexible office hours from Monday to Saturday.
We're looking for Sales Advisors available for at least 4 full days a week.
Coaching & Mentoring: Receive personalised coaching and mentoring to help you meet and exceed your targets.
Team Collaboration: Join team meet-ups and upskilling sessions to boost productivity and camaraderie.
Social Perks: Enjoy fun social activities for team bonding, plus local store discounts to keep things exciting!
Travel Opportunities: Get involved in fully paid national and international events and work trips—travel is all covered!
Who We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but not required!
We provide comprehensive sales coaching and product training.
Skills: Ideal Sales Advisors work well both independently and in a team, have a strong work ethic, are honest, and are eager to learn.
Communication: Excellent communication skills are a must for this role.
Earnings Potential: This subcontracted role is commission-based, with average yearly earnings ranging between £24000 to £30000 OTE.
There's no cap on your potential earnings—the sky's the limit!
Availability: Flexibility is key, with a preference for candidates who can commit to at least 4 full days a week.

Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa suitable for this role.
