Exceptional Autism Education Specialist

We are seeking an ECT Teacher to join our Options Autism School in Luton, Bedfordshire.
This is a unique opportunity to work with pupils aged 4-11 who have autism and complex needs.
Our school provides a therapeutic approach, a strong safeguarding culture, and opportunities for creative learning.
As an ECT Teacher, you will be part of a team that believes in embracing difference and empowering vulnerable young people.
You will be educated to degree level and hold Qualified Teacher Status.
We offer a four-day week with 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality education to pupils with autism and complex needs Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative learning opportunities Support the development of pupils' social and emotional skills The successful candidate will have experience as an ECT Teacher and hold Qualified Teacher Status.
You will be calm, engaging, and resilient, with a passion for working with children with autism and complex needs.
