Provide clear instructions to students before, during, and after exams.
Aid students with additional needs or special requirements.
Monitor the examination process, ensuring a calm and professional atmosphere.
Report any issues or irregularities to the exam coordinator promptly.
Requirements for the Exam Invigilator Role: A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A professional attitude and understanding of the importance of exams.
Previous experience in an educational or invigilation role is desirable but not essential.
Flexibility to work during exam periods, which may include mornings and afternoons.
Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
