Exam Invigilator

Exam Invigilatori-teachers are currently working with exceptional secondary schools across Bradford who are looking to appoint a team of Exam Invigilators to support them throughout the busy November exam period.Do you enjoy working as part of a team?Are you looking to gain school experience before starting your teacher training?If so, you could be a perfect fit for our Exam Invigilator positions!Please note that due to the nature of this role, flexibility is required to work in different locations on a short-term basis.
You could find yourself working in one school for whole exam period or work across multiple schools in a borough.
Hourly or day rates will be provided depending on the school.
Full training will be provided.We are particularly interested in hearing from graduates who would be open to full-time tutoring work after the successful completion of the exam period.Responsibilities Supporting the Exams team with the day to day running of the examsSetting up the room beforeReporting of incidents to the Exams OfficerEnsuring the exams run in a timely mannerSupervising KS3 – KS5 students throughout their examsCollecting exam papersTidying the exam rooms afterEnsuring students are sat in the correct seats Requirements UK Right to Work – no sponsorshipStrong academic background e.g degreeMust be reliableEnhanced DBS on the update service (due to the quick turnaround)Must have excellent organisation skillsBe available all November 2024A commitment to maintaining confidentialityConfident personality – the ability to address large groups of pupils is essential
