1st Line Software Support - Middlewich - Hybrid - £23k We are looking for a Permanent 1st Line Software Support Analyst to work for an industry leading software company.
The position is 5 days p/w on site in Middlewich, paying £23k + benefits.
You will: Provide product support to customers, this could range from payment issues for end users to password resets Comfortable with customer support / service Undergo training on a bespoke product Some understanding of software packages We are looking for applicants with: Customer facing background Strong communication skills This position requires no higher level IT skills.
