Preferred Requirements: Possess 2+ years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor.
Demonstrable experience with Asset Protection Trusts and Lifetime Discretionary Trusts.
Qualification with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is desirable, although not essential.
