What will you do?
Event Planning and Coordination: Design and oversee the logistics and overall planning of events, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Management: Lead and motivate the events team, assigning tasks and supervising their performance to ensure the event's success.
Client and Vendor Relations: Act as the main point of contact with clients during the event and coordinate with external vendors to ensure all event components are executed as planned.
On-site Supervision: Supervise installations and operations during events, ensuring all quality and safety protocols are followed.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues in real-time, staying calm and ensuring client satisfaction.
Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback and performance data to improve the planning and execution of future events.
What do we look for?
Proven experience in supervising or coordinating events, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the event schedule.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, event management, or similar field.
