Requirements: 3+ years of event catering experience , preferably with off-site event prep.
Proven leadership, team management , and communication skills.
Strong understanding of mass production and efficient kitchen operations.
Ability to manage high-pressure environments and deliver on time.
Key Responsibilities: Lead food production for events, ensuring smooth setup and service.
Supervise lower-level chefs, ensuring high-quality results.
