Job Title : Event Sous Chef Salary : £45,000 for 45 hours per week Location : Mobile events, various locations We are looking for an Event Sous Chef with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the events industry.

Requirements: 3+ years of event catering experience , preferably with off-site event prep.
Proven leadership, team management , and communication skills.
Strong understanding of mass production and efficient kitchen operations.
Ability to manage high-pressure environments and deliver on time.

Supervise lower-level chefs, ensuring high-quality results.
