Our client is a leading global specialist pharmaceutical and luxury skincare company with their UK office based in Egham in Surrey.
Reporting directly into the Brand & Strategy Creative Director as an experienced events professional your remit will be plan and execute our client's events strategy.
This role will support our client's new direct to consumer luxury cosmetics brand and pharmaceutical division, which brings their expertise in science, sunlight and skincare to life through their events.
You will be responsible for researching and securing venues, planning and managing the global events calendar and deliver on event marketing plans.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person who is keen to shape a luxury brand's in person presence.
Our client operates a very generous hybrid working model of 2-3 days a week office attendance and the remainder working remotely.
As the newly appointed Events Manager your duties and responsibilities will include : Manage the annual calendar of global in-house events Plan and manage events from start to finish according to event requirements, target audience, business objectives and budget Track payment of invoices and shipping of promotional materials Liaise with internal stakeholders to secure a detailed understanding of event requirements Create briefing documents for suppliers Create creative decks for internal stakeholder review and sign-off.
Venue coordination (site visits, contract negotiation, contract management) Event promotion coordination (event marketing and communications) Talent liaison and contract management To be considered for the Events Manager, your skill sets, experience and attributes will include : Extensive senior level experience in Events Management Creatively minded and excited to bring innovative ideas to the business Ability to travel globally Confident at building and presenting decks Commercially minded Strong administrative and organisational skills; operate efficiently and precisely in both managing tasks and budget tracking Salary offering up to £70,000 per annum dependent on experience.
