The Role: Event Executive
We are excited to welcome an organised and detail driven Event Executive to our team.
In this role, you will provide critical support to our production team in the planning, project management, and delivery of exceptional events.
You will play a hands-on role across various aspects of event coordination by supporting with supplier liaison, quote management, project management, onsite support and ensuring client deliverables are met both in the lead-up to events and on-site.

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with some event experience who is eager to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth planning, execution, and on-site delivery of events.
Assist in sourcing and managing quotes for multiple suppliers including venue, AV, catering, artwork and other event-related deliverables.
Support with event logistics, including scheduling, supplier communications, and operational timelines to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain and update project management tools to track progress and deadlines effectively.
Contribute to the overall event experience by providing operational support during the lead-up and on-site at events.
Facilitate clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.

Highly Organised: You excel at managing multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all elements of event coordination are meticulously executed.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an ability to quickly learn project management tools.
Motivated: You're eager to learn and grow in the event management field.
Experience in event management, B2B event experience is desirable.
Deadline-Driven: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.
