We are looking for an experienced Sales and Events Executive to lead and expand our social enterprise business across Greater Belfast and Kilmainham in Dublin.
This role is pivotal in growing our customer base while maintaining the quality and reputation of our brand, and creating meaningful employment opportunities for local people with learning difficulties and autism.
Day-to-day of the role: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet set targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
Engage in short, medium, and long-term business planning to ensure sustained growth.
Manage and lead key events, overseeing logistics and event team management.
Ensure that all business activities align with our mission to support individuals with learning difficulties and autism.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales and Events Manager or similar role.
Strong ability to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed targets.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of maintaining significant customer and client relationships.
Experience in managing and leading events, including logistics and team management.
Commitment to the values and mission of supporting individuals with learning difficulties and autism.
