Smyth&Co are delighted to be working on an Events and Community Officer role for a London hospice.
This is an exciting new post developing and delivering events that support the whole of the fundraising team as well as working in partnership with their community supporters.

This role will give you the opportunity to work on and deliver; community, challenge, third party and special events, ensuring that this is an extremely interesting and rewarding position.

Events are the bread and butter of the fundraising strategy and this role will be pivotal to ensuring the success of the team's income.

As well as working on existing events, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver new events in line with current market trends and the needs of supporters, adding a great sense of autonomy and satisfaction.
There are currently many supporter groups and your role will be to nurture and develop these supporters.

We are looking for someone who can build strong and long-lasting relationships with all donors and volunteers, generating trust and commitment.
You will be working with teams across the hospice, developing robust and tailored supporter journeys
This is a great opportunity for someone highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a creative flair.
